Well done user interface

Ample power, well presented and very convenient features. My application is residential emergency power with slightly over 2 KVA required so the iGen4500 was my choice to have some reserve capacity, the 30A connector and correct user interface. One connector to my distribution system and done.

It is a quite running Generator. Only complaint is key fob came with dead batteries.

Great bang for your buck

I was in the market for an inverter/generator and this checked all the boxes. I did tons of research and watched even more video reviews of everything on the market and the iGen4500 was the best fit for me. Followed all the set up procedures and it fired right up and ran like a top. I hope that I get years of service out of this machine coupled with my travel trailer.

Quiet and Efficient!

We bought this to use in our travel trailer. We got it last week and tested it outside 10 feet from our house. We could not even hear it when we closed our door. It handled several heaters and a coffee pot at the same time, no problem! This is going to turn out to be one of our best investments!

I needed a generator that was reliable and easy to start. I am on oxygen and need to keep the machine going even in a power outage, and also to power the refrigerator and freezer for a long outage. this one seems to meet the requirements that we have.

We have been very happy with our generator! ! We did have an issue with the carburetor right out of the box & had to take it in for service. Our service guy told us this is a common issue with most generators as they test them in the factory & often fuel is left in the carburetor & gunks up during shipping/storing. He recommended using only non-ethanol fuel which we have found out (the hard way) that this does seem to be the best way to keep from having issues. It runs quietly (for a generator) & powers our 16" camper perfectly!
