The i Gen 4500 is quiet and easy to start. It has many features that its competitors don't , such as built in dolly wheels and handle, gas gauge, remote start key, and is a very good lookin unit with a very organized front display. Also the battery and oil compartments are easy to access. So far love this generator.
I am more than pleased with my new purchase. I was considering another big name brand, but was swayed by the price, the features, electric/remote start, the noise level and general ease of use. And it has wheels!
I purchase the iGen4500 the first week in the month of October 2021, and fell head over heels with the three different ways to get the generator started especially, the remote start is awesome.
This generator appears to be a good value for the price. I plan to use it to provide power for my camper when shore power is unavailable. I like that it has an electric start so I don't have to pull start it. I have only ran it for about 10 hours so far so I can't comment on its long term performance. So far it appears to be able to power all of the appliances in my 30 foot Cougar camper. I even ran two 1500 watt electric heaters at the same time. The overload indicator light did come on as the air conditioner started, but the air continued to run.
Started up no problems out of the box (after oil and gas fill of course). All three methods for starting no issues. Ran a few times thus far at up to half load for breaking and now running additional load...generator does as advertised
