Bad quality control

Generator would not start. Took almost an hour to get fired up. Whenit did, it started good after that. The next morning, it wouldn't start again. I goy online and found out ALL THE PROBLEMS these unit are having. Mine is the choke, witch usually was a wire being left off, but mine was on. I guess I have a bad unit. It has less than 20 minuets run time on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It took us a bit to use it. Struggled with getting it started the second time. But after that, it worked great. Just not as quiet as I had hoped.

So far only complaint is need better quality control from factory electric choke was not plugged in and a tab broken off for back cover by battery

It shipped a day early couldn't wait to try it out. Every thing worked perfectly. Easy start,great display,have it powering my 5th wheel .very quite.

Fantastic generator exceeded my expectations!

We purchased this generator expecting it to have some similarities to the top of the line Honda but be less expensive and be “Almost as good” as the Honda, but we were shocked to find that it is every bit as well made and even at full power it is extremely quiet !
