so far very pleased, it arived on time undamaged. I purchased this product because of the warranty and the fact they have local repair dealers.

Bought this genny to run my camper. It was a vacation saver. Thru several days of over 95 degrees, the genny performed flawlessly keeping our camper cool for when we needed a break from the heat without guzzling jug after jug of gas. Though not as quiet as a 2000 watt genny, it did not cause any disturbance. Great product.

Mostly great but inaccurate fuel gauge

Got my iGen5000 a month ago and I've put 15 hours on it so far. Works just as advertised, and I love the key fob start/stop. Only problem is the fuel gauge consistently reads about 40% the actual amount of fuel. Other gauges in the data readout that use the fuel gauge also affected.
