iGEN5000c Meets Rated Specs

Bought last month and seems to meet the requirements. Brother-in-law has an equivalent unit by Cummings that worked well for powering an RV recently. This unit seems slightly louder than I remember his unit to be, but it is very much acceptable for our purposes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just received generator. Started easily thru all modes (recoil, push button and remote). Performed power test and all went well.

I purchased this a month ago, I wish I would have done so sooner. We were without power
back in July for three days. Definitely simple and easy to operate. Recommended to friends to look at this!!

Bought in Aug 2024. Started right up on second pull (wanted to find out how easily it would start without using electric start). Ran fine. Started again in Sept and ran several hours with varying load and it did fine. Changed oil and followed long term storage instructions. Instructions very good.
Would have given 5 stars but needs some improvements: Larger access panel to oil fill area. Easier way to drain fuel tank. Screwdriver and spark plug wrench provided were low quality

We have been without power for 36 hours since hurricane Helene came through SC. I purchased this unit two years ago and it sat in the garage since. We hastily opened yesterday. Took us about 20 minutes to get it out of the box and set up with gas. One pull…we had a quiet and 100% working machine. We are only using it for fans and WiFi but what a wonderful thing to have! So incredibly grateful for it! It’s quiet and has yet to use 5 gallons of gas. Highly recommend!!!
