I bought this almost a year ago first start was quick and easy. now that i need to use it, it won,t start

Just rec'd today....followed the ez setup, filled with oil, fuel, and connected battery that was fully charged. followed the startup procedure and....as advertised, fired right up, quiet, etc. I am breaking it in with eco on and off with no load. This is replacing a previous smaller output rv ready gen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Performs as promised

This generator performs exactly as promised. We feel prepared having it in case of an emergency. Meanwhile, we use it in the fifth wheel so we can travel and see the grandchildren.

Remote Start iGen4500

This generator is exactly as advertised. It is as quiet as indicated, was easy to set up and start. The battery was fully charged so the remote start worked immediately. The ECO mode works well and adjusts RPMs as designed.
First impressions are this is a well-made, solid, compact generator.
After setting it up, I operated some power tools/saws to test the generator and the ECO mode which worked well.
Overall, I'm impressed and satisfied that this generator is exactly as hoped for.

Got this generator as a Christmas present from my wife. After looking at several different brands and models, I told her that this is one is my preference. It was easy to set up and started on the very first push of the starter button. Have yet to put it under full load, but the items that I powered with it posed no problem. If I had complain about something, it would be the rubber strap that holds the battery. Never could get it to stay properly, but have substituted a velcro strap that works perfectly. Great product!
