my unitis only four to five months old I have never used it I put oil in it and gas two weeks ago and it will not start I called them and they tell me I have to pay for it I'm confused I thought this had a warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

arrived in perfect condition. easy to follow directions. starts easily and runs perfectly. the two handles make it very maneuverable and easier to lift. very quiet even under load. i am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this at the beginning of the summer and used it on vacation by the shore in a rented trailer. We used it to run the A/C, micro wave, and charge the batteries and it worked great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this unit about a week ago. Once it arrived, I read the directions cover to cover and then thoroughly inspected the unit. This thing is flawless! The instructions said to run it at no more than 50% power for the first five hours of use. The unit is so powerful that I couldn't even get it to 50%! I was plugging everything in and still only reached 25%. Westinghouse is by far at the top of their game. I, without a doubt, will recommend Westinghouse products to anyone I know.

Great So Far !

I haven’t had the unit a week yet and so far no issues or complaints. Filled it full of 91 octane, ethanol free gas, added the supplied engine oil, and it started up on the first try. So far, so good and hope it stays that way.

I just purchased this generater for my new camper. Unit was delivered quickly. Followed the setup directions and it started right up. Very quiet.
I do notice that the description of the Data Center functions in the manual differ slightly from what is actually shown. Found another manual version online that shows correct functions.
I am very pleased and look forward to using it this weekend.
