Just purchased to replace an older model, and it's sleek, lightweight, and easy set up! I have not used it but excited to put it to use! Already feels like a great fit!

Great features, quiet, very portable

I have a large Westinghouse duel fuel 9500, but wanted something to back that up. My primary need is to see me through power outages and I need more power in winter, but this will be perfect for summer or briefer outages, special needs.

Just receive and breaking it in. Runs great, really quiet and the remote is a nice touch. Wish it had an auto on and off for the battery.

Just Got it…impressed with initial quality

Just unboxed the igen4500…I am very pleased with the quality. It comes with Oil, remote start dongle, tool kit and clear instructions/service interval sheet. I did do research and found this as a highly rated generator. While I am not surprised with the features, I am very pleased with how solid it is, materials and fasteners are plastic and metal BUT are quality. Electronics appear to be robust and solid. The only real concern I have are how well the wheel will hold up as they are a weird high density rubber foam material…time will tell on that. I gave this a 4/5 since I just opened it and haven’t even put oil in it.
