I bought my 4500c a couple of weeks ago. Setup was simple and my generator fired instantly. I love the remote start feature and I am impressed with how quiet this machine runs. I would recommend this machine to anyone in the market for an inverter generator.

Love it. Used many other generators in my time and this is my favorite so far. Love the run time, percent gauge. Couldn't ask for a better machine.
