Just purchased and am breaking in the 4500 c and we are very pleased with overall noise. Like a small lawnmower at barely over 50%.
We are thrilled all the power and not all the noise.

Just assembled and started break in. Spark plug, battery and especially oil drain accesses not large enough for my hands

Although I was happy with buying this generator. I feel like I purchased a bad unit. I was hoping you can help me with correcting whatever issue my generator has as its difficult to get it going and shuts down constantly.
