Very good product

I just received the product and proceeded with the minimal assembly. Just plug the battery add oil and gas and start. It started with no issues. The user manual and other instructions are complete and easy to follow. It ran for about one hour and worked flawlessly . I am looking forward to run it under real conditions for several hours.

Quite quiet generator

I just tried it out, and it is not as noisy as other generators. Easy to move because it has a long handle and tires. It has a control to turn it on, no need to pull the string.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a couple months ago. WOW!! Glad I did. This thing is a powerhouse. Runs our 18ft travel trailers ac,fridge,etc with no problem. 1/3 of the price of a Honda too.

Its a good machine, bought it to power our RV as we now live in it full time until we can rebuild a lost home. It is a very fuel efficient quiet unit.

I’m happy with the generator. Mine is not open frame. I have the i4500. Closed frame. Why would they only offer a cover for the open frame?

Bought a dud

I researched in depth before deciding this was the generator we wanted , and unfortunately took it out on our first trip and it didn’t work. Kept surging with nothing attached and would then just shut off automatically. Now it won’t start at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
