Camping Made Easy

Do not buy..

I purchased an iGen4500 a couple months ago. When l finally got around to trying to fire it up, it would make a loud screeching noise and would not start. I had to take it to an authorized shop, where they had it for 3 weeks, before Westinghouse elected to send out a replacement generator. I went to fire up the new generator, and guess what?!? This one wont start either!! Two generators, and both of them are defective. DO NOT BUY, their products don't work. God forbid I needed it during an emergency, and this thing wont start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Satisfied

I mounted this on my 30 ft Travel trailer rear bumper and ran a wire to my power center. I've got over 400 hours on it with no problems or issues. I love the remote start. Great to have electricity on demand. I my opinion it is not noisy but having it on the trailer it is more audible for us inside than for others outdoors. I would buy it again and glad I did too.

Works great, but I did have 1 wire come off and the generator wouldn't turn off with the switches. It was a easy fix. Power everything in my 29' camper including the AC.

when i got it i put oil and gas plugged in one wire by battery. started right up . sounds great works real good. can not wait to go camping to use it.
