The quality and accessories for the money…wow
Unboxed, added oil and gas purred! I have 2 smaller Hondas and was reluctant, a friend recommended Westinghouse and I owe him about 4k in savings with tri power..

At this point I've only had a chance to test the propane and gasoline fuel supplies. Both of these worked as desired. The manual was easy to understand, and I was able to quickly familiarize myself with the unit. I even manually tested the receptacles with my electrical meter to ensure that the outputs were correct. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Only one complaint

Purchased less than a week ago. Went through multiple reviews. Settled on the 11500 model as it was most cost effective and also was a tri fuel platform. Have 3 100lb propane tanks that should keep the generator running for around a week and a half straight if needed. Got it home, tested it out after configuring a transfer switch. Pushbutton start worked like a charm and propane regulator and hose combo supplied with the unit had no issue. Unit fired right up and supplied power with no issue. My only complaint with the 11500 model is the engine does not have an oil filter. This is obviously a design feature/flaw. However, at the price I paid for it I can't really complain. I will be closely monitoring the longevity of the engine.

After unboxing and adding oil, unit started right up using propane. Has a lot of nice features and seems to be well made. This generator will be used to power my homes essential electric needs during a power outage using natural gas.
I would recommend this to a friend!
