Started right up out of the box

Very nice looking unit. turned the LP gas on, and it fired up instantly. Tested it for power out put on 120 outlets and works as it should, just need to get 50 amp plug to connect to the transfer switch.

9500 Running Watts with Natural Gas!

My 12,500 Watt Pulsar failed on day 3 during a recent 5 day storm outage after only three years of nominal use. We need several thousand sustained watts as we are in the country and on a well and digital septic. After much research I decided on the Westinghouse 11500TFc as it had thousands of solid reviews and offered Tri-fuel in Natural Gas, LP and Gasoline. I have continuous natural gas from PG&E and the WGen11500 is rated 9500 watts which is hard to find in the gen world. My test-run out of the box with the remote start was spot on and started on the 1st try. It just arrived yesterday and easy assembly ready to operate right out of the box! It was packaged with a 25' natural gas line, a LP line with regulator, small tool kit for the wheels/base and even a quart of oil to get you started right out of the box. Everything you need to get started minus a 30 or 50 amp power cord. Appears to be built with quality with an exceptional 3 yr warranty. Haven't yet had the chance to run it through the paces of an actual outage for an extended period of time but it performed well in the 30 mins. test I performed. If you're on the fence or comparing another brand of generator you should not hesitate to purchase a Westinghouse.
