I bought this a month ago seeking easy startup being older and a single female looking for independence and reliable back up souce. Set up was easy used gasoline feature for start up waiting for propane to be installed. Found all instructions easy to follow electric start was easy and starts up with ease. Have only run for start up install but feel comfortable for all usage to follow and easy to follow instructions. Read reviews for many months trying to decide brand. Five star recommendation and Westinghouse long term reliable name helped me to decide.

Friend had one and recommended. For the price heat generator. For as I know will run most of our house. Fact that it will run all three fuels is a big plus

Loving this generator

After struggling with a 5500 watt unit as the lights would dim when the water pump kicked in I upgraded to a 11,500. Big jump from 30 to 50 Amp. I had the electrician upgrade the wire and plug to the inside breaker box. The Generac deal would have been like 10K and this and the 50 amp plug were about 2K. Big box was delivered and I slit open sides with a razor knife and let the four sides fall down. I used a screw platform lift to raise the wheel side and wheels went on easily. I put handle sider up on a few 2x4 and put on the legs. Needed a 13mm and 10mm wrench. Filled with a synthetic 5w30 oil and put on the 20 lb propane tank. Started right up and powered the house with it for a few hours for break in. Noticed the light would flicker a little when well pump kicked in not dim. Much quiter than the 5500 Troybuilty. This is a real good solid unit. Great documentation on maintince. Very happy with my purchase.Love using propane over gas. I will get another 20 lb propane tank if a storm is predicted. We loose power around here all too often. Remote start and stop Is great.

I bought this a couple weeks ago to prep for the winter months. Haven’t gotten the chance to test it yet but overall looks and feels like a high quality product with quality materials
