I got this yesterday. I studying several brands. I worked Power Plant projects using Westinghouse Generators for two decades. Solidly built. Was an easy decision. Was over 95 degrees in Houston when it arrived. Box came solidly strapped to a nice wood skid. Cut the straps and cut the tap on the top of the box. Retrieved the documentation packet on top and the spare parts box from the inside end. Then carefully cut the box corners down to the skid with a box cutter. Then cut off the box sides. Don't forget to pull the serial number stickers off the box and paste them into the front of the User Manual. Then rotated the gen to allow one side of the frame overhang a bit. That will allow one wheel and one front stub to be mounted. Then rotate some more to allow the other front corner to overhang. Fit on the next front stub. Then carefully pull the gen to allow just a corner of the skid to support the rear of the frame. Mount the last wheel. Filled the engine with the supplied oil, check the battery charge (mine was fully charged from factory). Connect LPG, natural gas or load it with gasoline. If you connect it to your home electrical system, don't forget to disconnect the bonded neutral (see manual). And only run this generator outside and away from doors and windows. I am really pleased to get the gen. My tabulations of critical and desireable home loads made this size practical. Have a soft starter on the downstairs HVAC. I have the power panel ready, with interlock, and have the gas line ready with quick connects. After the prescribed breakin runs, I will be ready for a good power outage!

This generator is awesome! I love the electric start and remote start option. Easy assembly, dual fuel, both 30 amp and 50 amp plug-ins. Love the battery charger that is included also. Generator is not overly heavy or big. Perfect for both my house and camper!
