Nice Generator

Seem very well built, weighs a lot. Easy to add any fuel source, oil drain and oil fill very easy to get to. Easy to start not to loud. Running on gas so I really can’t comment on the natural gas and propane at this time. Haven’t ran the house on it yet but did run some lights and heater. Like the trickle battery charger you can leave on as a maintenance charger also. Probably won’t use the remote start but it’s a nice feature. Comes with a couple gas hoses for natural and propane gas. Seems like a it will be a really good generator ….very pleased with this purchase so far.

I haven't had the need to run it long yet, but it starts quickly on gas. It came with all the connections for propane and natural gas.

Lifesaver!! Well purchased investment

My wife works from home. We recently moved into our new modular home, and unfortunately, have had some difficulty finding and determining which power company had jurisdiction of our area. She was due back "in the office" on the following Monday, and we were still 2 weeks away from getting power to our house. I had been looking for a gen in the event of an outage and I wanted something that could sustain all components in our home and stopped on this product. The previous reviews were pretty optimistic as well as the price point, and couldn't have been more pleased!
After getting it home, put the wheels on it before moving it off the truck, unless you're able to lift a solid engine block by yourself, you're going to need another set of hands.
I purchased a 30A cable and used propane to get it started, running the cord through the window. Even though gas apparently has a bit more kick for wattage, the price point can/will be higher at current prices. We did discover 1 30gal propane tank runs approx. 7.5-8 hrs.
If I can offer 1 piece of advice in this review, CHEAT AND READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS!!! The information is priceless, and the product was perfect right out of the box!!! Follow the maintenance plan for the break in period and the 1st oil change, and you should be fine. Needless to say, we were able to get my wife's office ready for Monday morning. Which was able to run 2 monitors, lg pc, printer, office equipment, etc.,the stove (she was excited to have power after glamping for 3+ weeks and had to try it). We didn't have a chance to run everything yet, but what was used, the gen was able to handle with ease. I would definitely recommend this product for it's "plug n play" performance.

Great backup generator for home during emergency

I bought Wgen10500Tfc last month to get ready for the winter storm. During a load test, it can run my whole house (2000sq ft) without any problems. It can run my central air 3 ton and stove at the same time. The best feature is that this unit can run on natural gas. I don’t have to worry about running out of fuel during emergency. I’m highly recommend this generator for emergency use.

I bought the generator a week ago and have not had a chance to test it yet but I highly doubt I will be disappointed. This generator looks great and way more durable than my last generator. Also, the packaging was top notch. I am also impressed with everything you get with this unit that included a hose for natural gas and a hose and connection for propane. Finally, actual paper instructions and information that is useful and informative. They have me super hyped to try it. Waiting to add a permanent connection to my panel for easy switching. Will update when I test but from the looks and experience so far, I expect to be extremely satisfied. I will recommend this to everyone who does not have a whole home generator. This is about as close as you get at a fraction of the price!
