I boughts this brand because of my electrician's recommendation and because my mother has a smaller one that has worked well over the years. I'm just getting started using this one, but it seems smartly designed and I assume works as well as my mothers

Bought for natural gas use

This was a well priced generator. They can runoff natural gas, which is what I was looking for, so I did not have to worry about running out of fuel in a major storm. I do not plan to add gas to it and just use natural gas and propane To keep things from getting clogged.
I’ve been breaking it in… It seems that the Display screen for the vaults, frequency, voltage our run,.. Was working fine, but now is blank. I’ve started a customer service ticket and hoping for the best because everything else seems to be great

Bought recently to replace an older smaller generator. Got this one to run the whole house. Thing is a beast, and has some really cool featyres that make it really nice. Remote start and trifuel to name a few.
I would recommend this to a friend!
