Runs great on propane. Won’t start on natural gas

Was happy with it. Started first try on propane. Connected to natural gas it won’t start. Waiting for customer service to respond to my inquiry.

Powerful Unit Runs the Whole House

Our community has had 7 power-outages since October due to high winds and "so-called" fire warnings. It was beginning to be a real PAIN. After doing some research, I purchased Westinghouse's model # WGen11500TFc and I'm glad I did. The first weekend the power went out again and this time I was ready! The generator ran the whole house, all 4800 square feet! (with exception to the HVAC, which I turned off at the breaker). I highly recommend this stout, well made generator.
