We have bought several different kinds of generators over the years. This Westinghouse Tri Fuel 14500 check all the boxes. Runs our entire house, easy to start, quality workmanship. Don’t waste you money buying anything else. Buy Westinghouse Generators.

Getting this generator up and running was surprisingly easy. It comes with oil and a small funnel—just fill the oil pan, pick your fuel (Gasoline, Natural Gas, or Propane), and you're ready to go. Some basic connection gear is included, and everything else is pretty straightforward.
Delivery was smooth—it was dropped off in my driveway. I had some help from neighbors to unbox it and attach the legs and wheels, which are necessary since it's a heavy unit. Once assembled, the folding handle and wheels make it relatively easy to move around.
Next up: installing the right electrical setup to connect it to my home’s panel. Once that's done, I’ll be able to power most of the house during a storm or outage. It’s a huge relief knowing we’ll have backup power, especially during hurricane season.
Bonus: a few neighbors bought the same model, so we’ve been able to share tips. Sometimes it really does pay to not be the first one!

I bought this portable generator last September and has all the features I may need especially the versatility of 3 different fuels. I’m getting manual transfer switch installed and I’ll be ready for when I may need it.
