Lots of features but not enough to run my 5 ton a/

Overall the unit has tons of features and the 3 fuel options is definitely a plus. The only thing is I thought it would be enough power to run a 5 ton a/c unit but it looks like I'm going to have to purchase a soft start kit for the a/c unit. Hopefully that remedies the problem. Otherwise seems to be a great unit so far. Maybe a little on the loud side but that's to be expected.

Purchased to run on natural gas, out of the box did not run on natural gas but will run on propane, will be returning or exchanging.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Growing up in India it was commonplace for families to have generators to power their homes when needed. My family had an old Westinghouse and when it came time for me to search the market I knew exactly where to go! Weather and grid insecurities in Houston left me worried for the safety and security during times without power. This unit fired up immediately and is powering my house after Beryl reared its ugly head earlier this morning. Thank you, Westinghouse!

Great generator

I've had this a month and haven't used it until Beryl came. It started right up. The house is electric and it has no problem running the hot water heater water well amd a couple window units. It's a lot quieter than I expected and runs at least 12 hrs on a tank of gas. Me and my sister bought them atbtje same time and read great reviews on the Westinghouse. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have nothing bad to say about this generator, i feel like i got a lot for what i paid for. Been running my whole house all day with it and im on NG so not running out of fuel anytime soon 😉

Life saver

Bought to use as backup when we lose power in Houston. My mom relies on oxygen to breathe. This generator runs my whole house, so she is comfortable having air conditioning and her oxygen concentrator when we lose power.

Bought this last month and finished the installation just in time for Beryl. Able to power the whole house including A/C. Couldn't be more happy with the unit, features and quality.
