Purchased for the house during hurricane season but it will also power our travel trailer! No power surges and starts so smooth. As long as you keep the battery charged there is no need to pull start it, just push a button! Awesome!!

Perfect Backup Gen

Performance-wise, the generator delivers consistent, clean power—more than enough to run essential appliances during outages, including a refrigerator, lights, and even our HVAC system. I especially appreciate the remote start feature, which makes operation convenient and safe in poor weather. The home is 2,300 sqft with a 5ton AC, mind you. I have a soft start to help alleviate the power.
The fuel efficiency has been impressive; a full tank runs much longer than I anticipated, and noise levels are relatively low for its size — more of a steady hum than a disruptive roar. Maintenance is simple, with easy oil access and a reliable monitoring display.
Overall, I highly recommend this Westinghouse generator to anyone looking for a dependable backup power solution. It offers great value for the price and peace of mind when the power goes out.

Strong design with low Total Harmonic Distortion

Bought this WGen11500TFc several weeks ago to replace a Westinghouse Gen9500TFc last year because of its very high Total Harmonic Distortion (= or < 23%). Multiple sources (including Westinghouse) recommended that generators with THD above 10% should not be used for powering PCs, TVs, music systems, A/C systems, or
any appliances with solid state controls. This new unit has THD = to or < 5%.

Good value. Will help w TX power outages

I bought this recently. It's purpose is to provide backup power for our home in a major TX city. It's heavy but easy to setup and quick test using propane.
Here we've had hurricanes causing power outages that lasted a week. Freezing conditions that caused power outage lasting for many days. We expect this will help us during these times. It has a cord pull for manual starting which is desirable. You must purchase your own power cable.
