Works great

Lost my power for nearly 24 hours. I had this unit hooked up to my natural gas line and my main breaker box. Could not have worked more smoothly. I had power when the majority of my neighbors did not. The only drawback is that it is very loud. Made it a little difficult to sleep with the motor roaring outside my window.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator

Solidly built generator and everything boxed perfectly when shipped. Just installed feet and wheels with no issues. Waiting on soft start and plumber to run gas lines for the rest of the build out. Have not run yet but will update how it goes when I get there.

Ready for next storm

Bought this to prepare for the next hurricane to move through the Houston area. Solid manufactured unit with ease of install, clear instructions and everything needed to get you up and running (including oil!). Also very appreciative of a spare part list so I can have extras on hand (spark plugs, air filters, oil, etc). Only drawback is this thing is heavy. Had to hire hands to unload and place in my garage for now.

I have not had a chance to put my generator into action yet, but I am very impressed by the high quality build, quality packaging, and ease of assembly. The little details are nice too, like the replacement parts list.

Not Up And Running

From late delivery, to bad natural gas hose, to no guidance on parts needed to attach to natural gas line, to it won't start first try... I'm exhausted! This thing would be going right back if it hadn't taken so long to just get to try it for the first time!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
