Just got this and started right up with the remote. Purchased due to CenterPoint issue we've lost power many times this year. Now we're ready.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy so far! It’s been easy to move and get set up. Instructions were easy to follow, and features and quality are superb! A great value with plenty of features including tri fuel and power!

So far it is good. I have not used it yet, but it was easy to put together and set up. Delivery was also quick and easy through power equipment direct and RL carriers. Plan to connect it to my house via transfer switch and run off natural gas in case of an emergency.

Home Backup

I bought this a month ago after Hurricane Beryl and happy I did. Just finished break in and generator will be perfect home backup for power outages and we'll no longer have to go without power post hurricane. Much cheaper than a whole home and does the appliances and rooms I need run off natural gas. The ability to run off propane or gas in a pinch is just an added plus.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just received this week. Box was heavy duty, but appeared to have had something very heavy placed on top of it. Sides of box were pushed out near the bottom, along with crimped edges. Scrape marks on top frame. Awaiting power cord, then to have electrician hook up for run testing. Can’t fully rate til run testing.
