Bought the unit as emergency backup generator in the aftermath of the recent Beryl hurricane which left us without electricity for full six days. The unit was on back order, but we are glad we got ours this week.

I bought this generator with the intention of running my whole house on natural gas. It's easy to set up, I have mine currently running on 30 amps and was able to run the whole house including A/C with Micro Air soft start. I'm in the process of upgrading my generator connection to 50 amp. It's handles the whole house with no issues on natural gas. I did notice that the sound level is lower on this generator than the Duromax 13000. Remote start works like a charm. Buy this generator, and trust me you will be glad you bought it.

Very easy to operate and powerful enough to generate power in an emergency for our entire house (3,200 square feet).

I have been tired of power outages in the Houston area due to our unreliable grid, so I decided to purchase a tri-fuel generator. so far, I have not had the opportunityerator in a extended situation, but out of the box, it was very easy to start up and connected quickly to my natu to use this genral gas. Fires right up, and instructions were very easy to follow. will be running it soon for the 5-hour break to make sure it is prepared for any event.
