I bought this generator to use during power outages. The generator starts and runs. It started with the remote which will be nice when the time comes to use it. I haven't had a power outage since purchasing so I can't report on how it functions under a load. It looks nice and seems well built.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generator Was Delivered And Working Great

Just purchased a new WGen10500TFc in March 2025. Two weeks ago we has 70 MPH winds here in Oklahoma with high fire danger. Had a large fire break out 3 miles away heading directly towards of home out in the country. While water everything down the power went out leaving us with no well water. I bought this because we have a lot of power outages due to tornadoes and now wildfires. This will be used to replace smaller generator I have had for 13years. This unit will power our entire home including the water well pump. I started and test ran the unit for 30 minutes and everything seemed to work fine. Time will tell when a disaster occurs that may require us to run it from several hours to several days. I read multiple reviews on multiple websites on different manufactures. This unit had the highest ratings above any other portable generators, and that was the reason for purchaing this brand.

Excellent Quality

I purchased this generator after a lot of research. This generator provided the best mix of quality features, accessories, reasonable price, and good reviews. It was easy to set up and get running. It was quieter than I expected and once I completed the break-in procedure it is producing power with less than 5% THD. I am very happy with this purchase.

Just received my new generator. It is exactly what I needed. Recently we were without power for several days and borrowed a Westinghouse generator from a friend and it performed exactly like we needed it to! So, we purchased one to have when needed!

Just purchased this generator for a back power for the my house. Haven’t had chance to use it. Like that it starts easy and has a remote so the wife can start it, if I’m not at home. Like the feature of having 30 amp & 50 amp outlets

Power grid has become less reliable in our area

The power grid in our area is getting old and unreliable, especially in the past couple years. We needed a backup power source when we loose power, which has only gotten more frequent. This WGen11500TFc seems to fit the bill. I haven't had to use it yet, but look forward to simply plugging this generator into my house and natural gas line, and whala!, power baby!

East set up, great generator

Easy set up right out of the box. Unit cranked up with no issues. Replacing an older Wgen9500 DF for a little more wattage that has been extremely reliable.
