Great generator...have the ability to run three different fuel sources if there is a shortage on one or the other. Easy set up instructions. Easy start. All in all great generator. Sturdy and well built.

So far it has been a easy to put together but i have yet to test on the whole house hook up. I currently waiting for a electeration to set up my panel for it. once i do i will up date my review. Until then it is ready to go. I do appreciate the panel design as it's easy to understand when operating the generator.

The good: I was impressed with the construction and included accessories. The operation of the generator is easy and the built-in battery tender is a great feature. The options of using 3 different fuels is great and all hoses/regulators are included.
The Bad: On first run I hooked the generator to a light load and let it go for several hours. After that I tried increasing the load and noticed that past 7kw the frequency would faulter and the engine didnt have enough power. I decided to return it but, after a sitting for a couple days I decided to give it another try. This time I was able to get it to support a load of 10kw without bogging. My assumption is the rings needed to seat. But, I am still noticing the frequency of supplied power will range from 59 to 64 Hz. Given the cost of the unit I have decided to keep it but Im wary of its ability to support loads in excess of 80% of its rated 11.5Kw constant. I havent changed the break in oil yet, we will see how much metal is present.

Best generator on the planet!

I bought this generator on the last day of January. It's been great! It's super easy to set up and use- especially with it's remote function. Also having the ability to use gasoline, propane, and gas fuel leaves one with great flexibility during unpredictable times. I highly recommend it's purchase. It's a well structured machine that's built to last.

I like that it is trifuel. I can connect directly to my house gas or use my propane to keep it running. I can run about 9 items on this generator, which includes a room A/C
