Easy assembly.. started quickly..heavy-duty construction. I am doing the break in at this time so I can't commit in the output however I make my decision to purchase this unit off of the reviews

Good value, clearer instructions needed

Seems to hit the sweet spot for price and power output. The multiple fuel options are great for intermittent use because I can keep a propane tank on standby and only get gasoline for longer outages. One issue - the directions for the "initial fill" for the oil neglected to mention NOT to use synthetic oil until after the "break in" period. Three pages later it does mention that, but it would make far more sense to have the oil restrictions for initial break in period...in the place that talks about the initial oil fill. Instead, I put the synthetic in and had to immediately drain and refill. It was a pain... I will need the synthetic oil because of the extreme temps I have here, but I'll use the supplied oil for now.
TL:DR - no issues at all with the product (or price) but the operations manual could use some edits.

I haven't used it yet, but frankly on-paper this is the absolute best bang for your buck with low THD and significant output at a very reasonable price. Had a Wgen9500 for the last 3 years and have had absolutely zero issues with it using as a whole home back-up. Just learned more about the impact of THD on electronics and realized since we had an HVAC board fry not long after install I probably needed to upgrade, so I picked up one of these.
Time will tell, but the features and overall construction is solid

We just purchased this generator on the advice of a friend, and we really like the tri-fuel option. We had it hooked up to our natural gas line, so it will provide just what we need in an outage and give us peace of mind. We'll never have to lose food again because of a power outage.

Good instructions, technical data and diagrams. Love it ! Great features, like the exhaust discharge flange which allows a muffler to be attached to the unit. The battery trickle charge is a nice feature to keep the battery at full power storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!
