OUTSTANDING

I purchased this generator for backup residential power. Under the threat of a near record cold and snowstorm, my wife and I decided to invest in this unit. All accessories were neatly packed in a skinny cubicle box with all the parts wrapped individually in plastic bags. The oil, wheels, whenches, etc. were all included. (No missing parts). I read the instructions that were well worded and easy to follow, installed the wheels and legs, added the oil, and in my case gasoline, plugged in the battery, selected the fuel type, opened the fuel valve, turned on the switch, pressed the start button on the key fob, and it started right up after the gas made it to the carberator. The feature I like about the key fob is, when you press the start button for 2 seconds, the starter will crank for about 5 seconds, and if it doesent start, it will stop cranking, then pause for about 5 seconds, then crank over again without re-pressing the button. It will continue the on and off cranking sequence until it starts up. The noise level is tolerable. I havent actually connected it to my incoming power panel yet, but I am anxious to try it out.

Got this primarily due to all of the research I did, the positive reviews, and the tri-fuel capabilities. Glad to have it in the event we lose power!

Just received my new W generator. Couldn’t be happier with the features set and mobile flexibility. My unit is also tri-fuel capable allowing easy use of gasoline and either propane or natural gas.

This is a great generator and is perfect for us. The electric start is so convenient so my wife can start it if I’m not around. It has plenty of power to run the things we need in our house in times of power outages. The only problem I’ve had is the remote was not packaged with the generator as it should’ve been
