Bought about 3 months ago and haven't crank it. It came in everything that was mentioned. The packaging was great, no dents. Will say that it's very heavy and when assemble two people or help from 4x4's lumber is required.

Quality construction. Many great features, includes battery maintainer, propane hose and service tools. Set up for Tri fuel on the fly. No reconfiguring, just turn the fuel dial.

Bought this a few months back and finally got it set up. Set up was easy and it cranked right up no problem. My only issue is the owners manual had a section for the operation that was written in Spanish but it was where the English section should have been. So I had to go to the website and print that section of the manual out. Other than that, its been great so far. Make sure you buy a 50amp cord if you have your panel box wired to have it plug directly in. But hoses were included for propane and for natural gas.

I love this generator. I’m a big fan of the quick connector that enables easy switching between Propane and Natural Gas for portable vs fixed placement scenarios around my home.
The push-button start/stop is nice and fully automated, meaning it seems turn over a few times until my gas line saturates with gas and then starts.
I love that it has a trickle charger for the battery too!
Finally, since this unit has a NEMA 14-50R, I should be able to charge my Tesla with the factory mobile charger, if ever needed. While I’m a little nervous to try this, I’m sure I will at some point…
