Just picked up the WGen10500Tfc. I opened the box and began assembly. There wasn't much to it, just adding wheels and front stays, adding the oil that was supplied. Everything went exactly as the instructions stated. The instructions are very detailed and written with a lot of safety cautions. I fueled the unit with propane and once connected and turned on the remote start worked great. I ran it for quite a while and it just purred, a bit of a loud purr but what you would expect from an open generator of that size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After researching found the Westinghouse WGen11500TFc had the features, power and price point I was looking for. The THD is < 5% +-. The tri fuel let me use the natural gas option to hook up to the houses natural gas line not having to worry about running out of fuel at night also not having to store 5-10 gal. of gasoline at all times. Have propane until natural gas line can be hooked up.
Unit was packed well and had no damage. Added the supplied startup oil to the engine. Connected the battery cables and turned battery on at control panel.
Hooked up the propane with supplied hose. Turned fuel selector to Propane. Pressed and held START button and the unit started right up. Ran unit for 1 hr. with varying electrical loads. Will change engine oil after 5 hr. I have no complaints with this Westinghouse WGen11500TFc unit.

I bought this generator almost a month ago.I am so excited. The best purchase I have made in awhile. It will be used a lot. And I like the blue color.

I'm able to run my complete 2250 sq. ft. home with this WGen11500TFc generator--even on the Natural Gas setting! Use Propane anywhere away from my house--outstanding and appreciated! It has all the features necessary to make this a standout machine, plus a couple more. All for a price that beats the competition with the same features.
