We never owned a generator before. When the power would go out, we either had to borrow one from someone who has power or remove all the food from the fridge/freezer and transport it to someone’s house, who
had power. It was a pain and now those days are over!

Just purchased and it took a few tries to start. I thought it just needed time to prime the gas line and it started after one time our sequence and seems to run great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased them . Had a power outage that lasted 32 hrs. Won't be with out power like that again. Lol

Arrived strapped to a pallet and safely protected in a cardboard box. All parts included with easy to follow assembly instructions...even included the necessary tools to attach the wheels and legs.
Decided to go with a portable model instead of a permanent standby generator in the event of a power failure based on cost. Paid an electrician to install a 50 amp plug and the gas company to extend access for natural gas. Overall about 20% of what it would have cost for a permanent installation.
From what I've seen, this model is a great value with sufficient power for all our needs and still portable enough for me to move into place when needed.

Tired of loosing power down in Houston with the yearly disasters and power outages that seem to last for weeks and glad that I have made this purchase. No issues and able to run plenty of ac units to cool the house down.

Nice Whole House Generator

We had a 4 day power outage last summer and decided to go with Westinghouse after two other people recommended this brand. We tested the generator recently working off a professionally installed house transfer switch and it worked great. Love the beefy nature of the unit and the remote control. I will make sure to perform the recommended maintenance. I feel ready for when the power goes out next time. Now that I have the unit, we probably won't lose power and that's OK too.
