I bought this to supplement my grid power during any storms or power outages. So far, it works great and can handle any load I throw at it. Highly recommend this model!

Living in Houston with a 5 ton A/C unit, I needed a generator large enough to run it. Sure enough, once I installed a soft start on my Trane unit, this generator fires in up with no problem. Added a 50amp receptacle beside main panel and I'm now able to run entire house. And I'm running EXCLUSIVELY on natural gas; the lowest producing fuel. Very happy with purchase.

I just received this was very impressed,as an industrial mechanic, the quality of the build, and the ease of use. Worked great out of the box. The auto choke is nice, press start button and that's it.

I purchase this generator after Hurricane Helene. I had a smaller 3400 watt gen that saved our food and provided some of the necessary power requirements but did not connect to my prewired home source. (My bad for not getting what I needed to begin with) This new gen set provides all the connections that we need to power our needs.

UNIT SEEMS TO WORK WELL. BREAK IN IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN SOME OTHER BRANDS. AFTER ABOUT 5.2 HOURS I SWITCHED THE OIL OUT FOR AM-SOIL SYN. ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE REGULATOR WAS NOT SET AND I WAS MISSING THE BOLTS FOR ONE OF THE FEET

Started with NG first try. Easy to assemble wheels and feet. Nice that a funnel is provided for filling up with oil. One surprising disappointment is the lower wattage capacity using NG.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
