Just received my WGen11500TFc. Instructions were complete and unpacking and set up went quickly. It started right up and I'm ready for our next weeklong power outage. Very happy with this purchase.

Just received. Haven’t used but wheels seem very sturdy and handle makes it easy to move around. I’m excited to give this a shot after having a transfer switch installed on the house! Bring it on power outage.

I just got this and the unboxing was easy once I got it off the truck. It’s heavy in the box but once you put the wheels on it it’s very light to roll around. I’m still I. The break in process and it like to have plenty of oil. I would buy extra oil once you get it setup and running. That’s all I have for now.

Great packaging with all the accessories. User manual was very nice with pictures. Very little to assemble. Quick start user guide was easy to follow and started right up. key FOB was easy to program .

Great for anyone's needs

I bought the 13000 watt tri-fuel generator. A month later it got us through a power outage and was able to power just about everything so I will be adding a transfer switch. My neighbors liked the usb outlets so they could charge their devices. I ran it off of gas at first and then natural gas, it was honestly really quiet for a bigger generator. This generator is heavy but built very well and I'm very happy with the purchase.

I was fortunate enough to get my hands on this product right before a hurricane hit and knocked my power out for 1 week. Ran my entire house off of natural gas with no problems.
