Powerful Machine

I bought this as a home backup system for winter storms. I recently did a test run hooking this generator up to the 30 amp transfer switch at my electric pole. It seamlessly ran my hvac/heater, well, lights, tv, two refrigerators, barn lights and a deep freeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator

After several power outages and storms in the last year I decided to get a newer larger generator, The Westinghouse was the best deal. It has all the features needed, runs smooth and starts easy. The remote control feature is great. This generator will be connected to my breaker panel and will power most everything I need to keep my family comfortable during any power outages, and still have some room left for my neighbors to use.

I just purchased this generator and love it so far. The remote start is a great featured fired right up. The noise level was lower than expected. Assembly was a breeze.

Great machine

As hurricane Helene was headed for us, I found my 25 year old portable generator had given up the ghost. We were without power for 5 days and lost everything in our refrigerator and freezer. I started reviewing new generators and landed on Westinghouse instead of the previous vendor, and selected the WGEN11500TFc. I am not disappointed. Unpacking was not difficult and I did my initial test with propane. Started right up and it is not as loud as my previous generator. I had an electrician install an interlock on my house main panel so I can select what circuits I want powered from the generator through a 50amp cable and input box. I have not unbonded the generator to run the house yet, but that is on my list for next weekend. As an engineer I am very impressed with this machine. I made the correct choice.

I purchased the generator a few months ago but finally got around to setting it up. Easy to assemble also has all the attachments you’ll need. Currently going through the break in period and seems pretty straight forwards. Will definitely be ready next time the power goes out due to a storm!
