Great features 11500tfc

I bought this generator to run on natural gas it runs my house with a 3ton ac with no problem l. My A/c guy said I didn’t need a soft start the generator would handle it just fine that alone saved me 400 dollars. Love it.

Well built solid heavy duty Generator

Received the generator in absolutely great condition. by truck and the driver placed it in my garage. Easy set up instructions. I,m going to use Natural Gas but used propane to start it up. It fired right off and ran great, I have set it up in a small resin garbage can storage unit and plan to hook it up as a home backup. I had to take the wheels off to make it fit inside, I still have to vent the exhaust and add several more air vents. This generator is well designed and the manual is well written. A lot of power and flexibity at a great price.

A very mixed bag

I purchased a Westinghouse portable generator about 2 months ago after reading wonderful reviews. The generator I received was tri fuel, which I had ordered, and it did not work with natural gas. Westinghouse told me to try a different spark plug which was ludicrous. They then wanted me to take this 250 lb generator which was supposed to be brand new and bring it to a service center 20 mi away to have them repair it. I purchased a brand new generator and this solution was unacceptable. Fortunately, the retailer that I purchased it from stood up for me and after weeks finally got Westinghouse to agree to send me a new unit. The new unit appears to be functioning just great. Westinghouse policies on new units are abominable. I will never deal with this company again even though this generator is supposed to be one of the best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first generator and I got a fantastic deal with many extras like a 25 propane hose! Westinghouse I remember as producers of great products. I'm a 69 year old man who remembered that! Thanks for a fantastic product and price!

Great generator for powering my double wide trailer when the power goes out. Great features. Minimal assembly. Great user manual, parts list, and paperwork and info included!!!!!!! Very important.
