I bought this generator to use with natural gas. It works exceptionally well and has been 100% reliable. It's easy to use and delivers consistent performance.

Great generator. Capable of supplying backup power to my entire home. Despite the size and weight, the design of the handle and wheels make it very maneuverable.

I live in Houston and purchased this after Derecho when I lost power for six days. You get used to some things living in Houston. Two days without power, I can deal with. Six? No way. Fired it up for a test run and it powered my 2,300 sf house with 4 ton AC. That's all I ask. My two neighbors next door have the same genny. We did this so we can compare notes and share parts and expertise. They are also happy with their purchase. No problems reported.

I got 2 generators before this and they were not working. This one was easy to use. The tri fuel feature is awesome. Now we have a peace of mind that whatever happens we will have power.
