Great right out of the box. Started up as soon as I hit the on button. As a Heleen victim I wish I had gotten it sooner. Good quality, can run the entire house

I'm very happy with the generator. Purchased for emergency backup and it runs everything I need in my home including a 5ton AC with a soft start installed

Clean Power

What sold me on the WGen11500TFc was that it produces clean power, at less than 5% THD. That is on par with an inverter generator. It is very well made! I like that it comes with a battery charger / tender. The user manual (Rev 02) that is dated 11/10/23, has some errors in it, but not a big deal. The remote control is pre-programed from the factory, so you don't have to follow the programming instructions in the manual. Over all, I am super happy with this generator. The Westinghouse website pictures are out of date, so I included a few current photos (February 2025). Notice the engine case now has cooling fins and the wires are a bit more messy or cluttered.

I hooked everything up and did a test run and it seems to run well. Fortunately, I haven’t had to use it yet, but I am confident it will run well when the time comes. I like having the 3 fuel options. A few of the instructions could have been clearer but I figured it out.
