I was looking for the Wgen14500TFc, but ended up purchasing the Westinghouse WGen10500TFc power generator, and I'm thoroughly impressed! I've used as a backup during power for outages.

Gen 11500tfc generator

Received generator complete, no package issue's. I was able to install all components and get generator running. It did run the whole house. I would suggest to cut back to 1 a/c to run pool pump, garbage disposal or dryer, do to surge, since it's already at 80 percent, capacity on natural gas.
The only issue I have is the Gen will not start cold on natural gas. I started it on propane, then after it warmed up. Then switch to natural gas and it started.
I will call the tech support number to see if there is anything I can do.

I bought this last week arrived with everything I needed as described on the website! Going to test it out this weekend to make sure it will run the necessary things in our home, for when the next hurricane comes, our daughters don’t have to be without!

Tri-Fuel Option is Convenient

I like having three options for fueling this generator. Tried the natural gas hookup and, even though it provides the least amount of power, it still powered my AC unit and refrigerator without a problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!
