Easy setup, starts fast

Haven't yet fully loaded but initial tests/runs are good. Easy to setup and start. Plan on using with natural gas to power whole house. Decided to buy after11 days w/o power due to hurricane.

Necessity

After moving to the wooded hills of Virginia last mth (Dec.) & experiencing my 1st Ice Storm power outage (5 days), I knew it would be necessary to purchase a well named brand generator.

Great Upgrade

Our old generator died, and we needed a new one. We purchased a Westinghouse 11500 generator. The reviews were correct. It is a great improvement over what we had and does a great job powering the house. We are ready for hurricane season!!

This generator has been perfect for my needs. the TriPower options makes it easy for using on natural gas at my house when the power is out or using the gasoline or propane option when using it for my travel trailer it is small enough to move around but still powerful enough to run the electrical items that I need. The control panel is very user friendly, making it easy to figure out how to change to the different fuel options and how to connect power cords to the generator. I love the key start option and the ability to pull start if the battery is dead. Great package of options for a portable generator.

Amazing generator super easy set up and start up. This is the only generator I’ve found that has a transfer switch ready feature. I love this generator.

Bought this 3/20/25 and put it together and fired it up. Let it run for a few hours putting different load to it and it never had an issue with anything i added. So far i think i made the right choice
