I purchased the 7500/9500 a few years ago and used it a handfull of times. Runs great and starts easy! Even after sitting a while

Hooked this up to natural gas and it worked like a charm. Instructions are very easy to follow and the wheel assembly was simple and straightforward. Remote start is a great feature. The unit is heavy but the retractable handle and wheels make it easy to move. We highly recommend.

When we received this generator we decided to give it a test "drive". Started right up and actually powered our garage refrigerator. So glad we purchased this model.

Will power my whole house

This generator should be able to power my whole house including the AC (after installing a soft start) off of the natural gas line. It has not been used yet, but the whole machine appears to be sturdy and well designed. Documentation is clear on all activity needed to operate and maintain the generator.
