The product performs great on natural gas for the initial start.
The volume is very loud, but it’s OK in an emergency very satisfied.

I just purchased and did the basic set it up of wheels and feet. Still haven’t turned it on, but this thing looks like a beast. Just in time for hurricane season in TX.

Perfect right out of the box!

I bought the Wgen10500TFc generator to temporarily power my house including my AC unit (with an EasyStart installed) plus my refrigerators and some lights. Simple installation of the wheels and feet and good directions to get the generator operational. One thing they should highlight more is the 5 hour break-in time. I found it in the larger user manual, but I would think it would make more sense to also include it in the quick start guideline as well.

Easy to Add its wheels and Ready to Go

I had a 20-year-old generator that had done my prior home owners well, but after a routine service discovered it had an oil leak and needed a new distributor. Rather than a repairr, I decided to invest in this new generator with 3 times the power compacity and three options to fuel. I am now ready for hurricane season and prepared for the inevitable power outages that follow. I made a great decision to buy this.
