Best investment ever!

After being without power for 60 hours, I purchased this generator online. About an hour later the power came back on. I had it in the garage for less than 2 months when Hurricane Beryl devastated our area. My partner had previously installed a plug that would allow this machine to run my entire house and once the power was out, he plumbed my natural gas line to the machine so that I didn’t have to spend hours searching for and waiting for gasoline or propane. Other than how VERY LOUD it is, it has been a complete life saver as we enter our 75th hour with no power to over 2 million people, and up to 4 more days without, I haven’t skipped a beat. I can run everything including my HVAC and still do a load of laundry or cook dinner. I can’t say enough about this product.

Saved us from Hurricane Beryl

Bought this generator a few weeks before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston. This generator is a beast. Powers a 2700sqft home with a 4ton AC unit no problem. I travel for work and have no hesitation knowing this will fire right up for my wife when I am gone. Pause the AC for an hour and we have no problem running the washer and dryer.

Great Choices of Fuel OPTIONS

The choice of fuel options for use are great-gasoline, natural gas, and propane. The propane worked out excellent-no running back in forth to gas stations waiting in long lines

Running perfectly after Hurricane power outage

Everything is working perfectly right out of the box. The rig up was easy. I’ve been running it for over 75 hours straight. First on propane and then switched to natural gas. Both work great. I’ve already recommended this to many friends and colleagues.

Bought this generator in May 2024 to power my entire house in case of an emergency and 2 weeks after delivery hurricane Beryl came to visit. Filled the generator with the oil provided with the unit, hooked up the propane and fired it up. Started immediately and ran for 2.5 days continuously with only minimal breaks to change propane bottles. Worked like a champ and did not miss a beat. One of the best investments I have made.

I bought this last week and glad I did, The Tri-fuel is a great feature to allow which fuel I have available to run the generator. It was so simple to install, and it ran on the first try,
I was able to run a 5-ton AC with almost all my appliances in the home.

Great Product-Neve have to chase gasoline again

We purchased the 10500TFc just before Hurricane Beryl. The ability to use natural gas saved us from having to wait hours in line to fill gas cans. It powered our portable a/c, all of refrigeration, lights, fans and our front load washer. Could not have asked for better. Thanks for a great product.
