Lots of features but not enough to run my 5 ton a/

Overall the unit has tons of features and the 3 fuel options is definitely a plus. The only thing is I thought it would be enough power to run a 5 ton a/c unit but it looks like I'm going to have to purchase a soft start kit for the a/c unit. Hopefully that remedies the problem. Otherwise seems to be a great unit so far. Maybe a little on the loud side but that's to be expected.

HAVEN'T USED IT YET BUT QUITE SURE IT WILL BE GREAT IN THE LONG RUN HAVEN'T HAD ANY POWER OUTAGES YET, BUT I AM READY NOW

I bought my generator a month ago for hurricane season to power my house. Easy setup, it only took a few minutes few steps and it was ready to start. Very happy with my purchase.

The product has been running well for the first few days. Runs fine. Knocking a star since I expect a unit this size to have a power meter (the display only shows frequency and voltage). I have to install a separate power meter at my panel to know what my loads are. Also the specs online say the WGen11500 TFc has a THD of <5%, but the manual says it’s <23%.

Power when we needed it most!

We bought this generator a few months ago and put it to the test this week when a hurricane took out power in our area. It started immediately and worked perfectly on both propane and gasoline. The gas option proved awesome for us! On a full tank of gas it ran for 11 hours straight, powering our fridge, freezer, some fans and lights. Highly recommend!
