Built like a tank

Received my generator in excellent condition, packed in heavy duty box. The accessory kit was amazing, everything you need for assembly and setup including Real wrenches. Best of all was the comprehensive manual for setup and maintenance, so easy to understand, don't see this much anymore. Like I said in the title, built like a tank, comes in it's own tubular steel roll cage. Being a Electronics Engineer, I went over the unit with a fine tooth comb. Not a construction issue to be found. Westinghouse makes some quality equipment. This generator should last me many years.

Amazingly simple to use

I am a 73 year old widow and live in a state prone to hurricanes. After much research I decided on this one and am glad I did. The instructions are quite simple. I feel comfortable with this product if I ever have to use it.

Purchased the wgen11500tfc.
With this generator, I'm able to power up my entire house (2900 SQFT home w/ a 5ton ac unit) without any issues on natural gas. Great product for a very reasonable price. highly recommend.

Just arrived. Solid equipment, easy setup. Started up great. Can’t say I’m looking forward to the next outage but it should be a lot better than before.

What a powerhouse!

Our family loves the peace of mind that this generator provides. The tri-fuel option is a must. The unit arrived undamaged, and is very sturdy. The options and layout of the control panel are easy to use and understand. It doesn't take very long to get it going. My next step is to build a little roof for the unit so it is not exposed to direct elements when in use. Easy to hook up to propane tanks or natural gas plumbing and it even comes with the hoses for each! Great job with this model #!

However, I needed to call hotline to find out something that should have been listed in manual...the inlet size of LP connection, so that I can get a needed fitting/adapter, currently on hold for past 30m to find out a detail that should be listed/printed somewhere in the paperwork
Also, it should list the length of hose and quick connect size
