just bought unit has been on backorder simple operation looking forward to years of reliable service I love trifuel feature and remote crank we are in a hurricane area and also have multiple power outages needed something big enough to run a/c

Arrived undamaged and ready to assemble and run. Looking forward to testing the load. Hopefully will not need to use it in the wake of a hurricane however, comfort knowing it's ready to go.

Very nice unit!!

I bought this unit a month ago and finally got around to opening the box, I am very pleased, this unit is well packaged, once the box is opened there is minimal assembly to do basically install two wheels and the two front leg support and add the oil, with manuals to explain assembly and start up.(took 15Min)
This unit has very nice features like a larger knob for fuel selection, larger rocker switch to disconnect battery for long storage and very nice display on all the switch's and panel.
started right up on propane and ran nice, not too noisy for the size of generator.
It also comes with the 25ft natural gas hose and a 4ft propane hook up hose and also a battery charge that plugs in the front panel to make sure its always ready to go !
I'm almost looking forward to the next power outage to put it to the test to supply my home.
Also the distributor that supplied me my generator was easy and pleasant to deal with !!
