Easy to operate

Very little assembly with easy to understand instructions. It fired up immediately and performed perfectly. I'm glad I purchased this generator and would recommend it to anyone!

Love the Flexibility & Features

I recently purchased this WGen11500 to provide whole-house power during outages. I did quite a bit of research on generators before making this purchase and the Westinghouse won the competition because of its flexibility and great features. First, I love the flexibility of tri-fuel. The ability to use natural gas was a big deal for me. I can literally disconnect the NG line to my patio grill and power my generator in seconds. Additionally, using NG means I never need to worry about the availability of gas or the hassle of draining or stabilizing gasoline if the generators if going to sit for months or years. Second, I thought it was great they included a trickle charger for the electric start battery. Having a fully-charged battery is key to being ready when the generator is needed. That said, there's still a pull start option if needed. At the end of the day, I'm confident the features and flexibility of this Westinghouse unit are going to ensure I have power whenever I need it.

runs smooth

generator runs well, makes some weird noises but have 70hrs on it and still runs great. the key fob died within the first few uses which is a bummer but still starts fine with push button.

I live in Florida and have weathered four hurricanes, so I really researched generators before making a purchase decision. The Westinghouse WGen10500TFc stood out as a real value for its power and tri-fuel options, and of course the reliability and quality of Westinghouse!

full house generator

I bought this generator 3 weeks ago and just pick it up today. It was easy to assemble, took 15 min. Directions where easy to follow. hook it up to my workshop and ran hole shop for 30 min with no problem. would have given 5 stars but I have not run hole house yet.

Great Purchase

Needed a unit that would allow us to use almost everything in the house and this unit will do that. Excellent product that hoses for propane & NG are provided. Wish they would add the connect cable for the transfer switch, but that is okay they don't. Feel like I have made a good purchase.
