Amazing generator

I got this generator thinking if I can get a few appliances working on natural gas I will be happy. Wow!! Power went off in our house and I got running fridge, 2 tv, 2 portable AC units, 2 fans, and also gave my neighbor power to run his fridge and fans.
If you don’t have one go buy one today you will need it.

Big but Easy to Use

Once the wheels are on it can be moved over some terrain, though stretching the definition of portable a bit. Very easy to start up while connected to natural gas or propane (we are avoiding gasoline in this one).

Even though we haven't had to use the generator for emergency purposes at this time, it certainly meets quality of easy to read instructions, well built and sturdy, and love the triple selector. The pull-out extended handle makes moving the generator incredibly easy. So very happy.

Happy to have natural gas powered generator

Propane is much easier than gasoline BUT you still have to constantly go fill up the tanks. Natural gas already at my house, so this was a great choice to eliminate the constant need to fill up propane or gasoline tanks. We had 5 day outage here in Texas and this got us thru just fine with all the basics needed.

After experiencing our first tornado and having no power for 4 days, we decided to pull the trigger on a portable generator that had the ability to provide whole home power. After days of research I landed on the Westinghouse 13500 Peak watt generator. It's not the cheapest one out there, price wise but for what you get, it's the best bang for the buck! No pun intended. It arrived 97% assembled. You just need to install the wheels, foot pegs and oil that is provided and it's ready to go! Total set up time was less than 5 minutes. We have about a 3,100 sqft house and our electrician said this thing will power all of our essentials and then some without any issues. Obviously you want to limit the work load, but this thing is solid nonetheless.

Great Gen w/many features

Generator was easy to set up and has many features other similar generators do not have. After set up it started up right away. The battery tender, quick connect for propane and the ability to run 3 fuels are just a few of the nice features. Lighter than my old generatror which produced about 75% of the power this one does. Runs everything in the house including a 4 ton central AC unit. Would definitely purchase again!
