Great Generator Every Feature You Could Want!

I decided I needed a portable generator soon after an outage left us without power for 2 days. I researched generators from every manufacturer for several days before deciding on the Westinghouse WGEN11500TFc. It had all of the features I was looking for - and more. I definitely wanted a portable generator with low THD without having to buy an inverter type generator. This generator comes with a bonded neutral but includes simple instructions on how to remove the bond wire. Installation of the wheels and feet went quickly. The battery was fully charged when it arrived. I added oil, and the generator started right up with no issues. I really appreciate the weatherproof covers on the outlets. and the digital readout.

I bought this to replace a 25 year old generator. It seems to be well made. Love all the bells and whistles this generator has. I like the fact that it can use different fuels also. Started right up and wasn't as loud as I thought it would be.

Bought this generator mainly for the NG option. Just delivered, setup and ran for the first time. The electric start is a really nice touch! We will break it in using gasoline and the oil that came with the kit, but intend to run NG and synthetic long term. Have not run it on NG yet, but just having all 3 fuel options is awesome!!
Also, we chose to pay for shipping (even though it was available for free elsewhere online) The reason is, there are a lot of horror stories of shipping large items through unknown retailers and shippers. Ours was delivered with care, from a big box store, up our “off the beaten path” rough driveway and wheeled into our garage…..just my 2 cents
