I upgraded from WGen9500DF to IGen11000TFc after having the WGen for 3 years. This is SOOOO quiet and runs the electronics without any issues. Love the size and price. Plenty of field-swapable parts and well-built.

Just put it together .Stripped the handle bracket .Its plastic.Be careful with taht.I cant say much more.I just got it and it runs and generates.Very quiet.

Well-built generator

Bought this generator to use in case of extended power outages. When paired with a soft-start kit for my 4-ton A/C compressor/condenser unit, an interlock kit on my main breaker with 50 amp inlet box, this unit runs my entire 1850 sq ft house with central air. The only items I have to exclude from the load are my electric water heater and dryer. So far, so good; appears to be a worthwhile investment. The build quality seems top notch and the feature-set does not leave me wanting for more. So far very happy with my purchase.

This generator is well thought out and easy to assemble. Fired right up. I needed a quiet generator and this filled the bill. Powerful enough for my homes needs when we lose power, which is frequent. This is a very solid and well-built machine.

Bought this as a home backup generator. I have not used it for an extended period yet, but tested with a 3 ton inverter AC, lights, refrigerator, microwave and various other loads all running simultaneously - including well pump starting. The unit ran smooth and quiet. Design and build seemed better than I expected, and I like the oil and fuel drain hoses. I have high hopes for the long term with this unit.

We bought this because we live in Florida. It is quite simple to operate and doesn't take up too much space. It is particularly good that is starts with a button rather than a pull cord.

Great Generator!

After spending our first hurricane season without a generator, we bought this generator to be prepared for this hurricane season! We like being able to run it on gas or propane (we don't have natural gas where we live, so dual fuel was all we needed) and having enough power to run the truly important things. We also like that it's an inverter, so we feel better about the electronics that will be powered by it. We're hoping it will get us through many hurricane seasons to come!
